Each year, the European Centre for Space Law (E.C.S.L.), together with the International Institute of Space Law (I.I.S.L.), organises the European Regional Round of the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition. The European Regional Round has been held annually since 1993, with teams participating from all parts of Europe.

The 2008 European Regional Round will be held in April 2008 at a location to be decided soon.
